I’m extremely impressed with this record player, has full auto stop and your able to replace the cartridge. This is better than my u turn turntable. It often goes on sale, but if you buy at regular price still can’t complain(good quality)

very un happy, for the first time use, the sound was terribly distorted, and now no sound at all. I'm very displeased with this product and BestBuy, i have the premier protection plan and its a joke. i would not be this angry if only i have gotten use out of it, but right out of the box. I cant rate it because of my experience with it, i see others have had good luck with this product.

I really like this turntable. My only issue is that the manual needle makes it a bit difficult to get the perfect tracking as someone with no experience with a record player. Additional, my records have a bit of lisping no matter how much I turn the anti-tracking piece. I've though of returning it but I have tried so many record players and I do really like this one. If I close the lid while it's playing, it is so sensitive that it will skip, so I have to close the lid before the needle drops. Honestly, not sure if I've just not tuned it correctly or what. The bluetooth out is pretty good, once your speaker is connected, just make sure the speaker is on before you turnon the record player, and it will connect quite easily. If the player is on first, it won't connect.

So, despite it saying it was fine tuned, it was from it. I have a feeling I got a returned product because the needle guard was missing, and the dust cover has some scuffs, but that could be the minimal protection it was packed with. This brand is supposed to be professionally balanced out of the box, but the weight was all the way in. My other major complaint is the narrow dust cover. It must be fully opened to play, and once it's finished you must manually remove the needle from the end of the record. Balance instructions are also inaccurate. You can't play the record with the arm perfectly balanced. It needs to droop a bit to hit the record.

Bought this gift for a friend. It’s much bigger than expected but it’s very clean looking and not bulky at all. The sound is great even without the speakers and has Bluetooth!

One of the best turntables I’ve ever owned, easy to use, very high end at an affordable price!

I decided to upgrade my record player and wanted something that was better than my old crosley and luckily I found it! My records sound so crispy and I can really notice a difference. I do need to figure out how to perfect the counterbalance as what was listed on the directions was not the best. But hey that’s what google is for. Highly recommend this entry way into a better quality record player.

Bought this turntable and I am very pleased with it.

Tone arm malfunctioned after about 10 uses. I rebalanced the tone arm to perfection and still sounds horrible. The tone arm moves on its own scratching across the record. Audio output to a Sonos play 5 sound really bad. I have a brand new RCA to 3.5mm cable and there is constant sound interference. Also, there is no good way to adjust the speed slightly. The motor cable is attached correctly however the record is slightly playing slow.

I purchased this record player a month ago. I finally was able to use it when my records arrived last week. The record player is completely defective and does not work however, Best Buy will not do anything about it. I was trying to get support and the associate actually insulted me and said I hope you enjoyed your purchase, knowing that the record player does not work and they will not do anything about it. I suggest purchasing from a different company with better customer service who does not take advantage of their customers.
