bad needle arm

I cannot make it through 20-30 seconds without the speed going up or down 10-20%. Even though speed is SYNCED with the nodes and the turntable. I would not recommend this to anyone who actually enjoys listening to their records, as the change in speed is extremely noticeable and unforgivable if you were hosting a party, an event, or even a small group of friends.
