Not great customer service from Best Buy

The sound control wheel was broken. After getting into a fight with the BEST BUY customer service guy, we got a new one that works properly.

This thing skips after a week of usage. I had read all the bad reviews elsewhere (amazon, etc) but decided to believe the Best Buy reviews. This thing is trash. worst of all, it shows its warts just after you'd recycled all the packaging. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid.

It would receive 5 stars if there were a way yo stack the records so the I would not have to manually change the record when it is finished playing.
