And answered all our questions ( even when we asked the same question twice)

Best, most honest advice I've received in years!

He recommended a Sonos sound bar for what we wanted to accomplish and it was the best advice I have had in years!

Geek Squad worth every penny

We wanted to breakaway from cable TV and go to streaming, and he recommended everything we needed. It would have taken us hours to figure out what he did in one hour. He also set up our CD player!

Geek Squad installed my outdoor TV.

They trained us and gave us an orientation on how to stream. They taught us how to obtain apps and set up for You Tube TV. Also they gave us knowledge of how to use Alexa. They are both very professional Geek Squad members. We were very fortunate to have them.

Geek Squad Cap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The difference between having the actual Best Buy Geek Squad, and the third party indie installers is like the difference between Captain America and Captain Kangaroo. The Geek Squad guys, Cody and Kevin, did what I needed them to do, explained everything I needed to know, in terms I understood, without being condescending. They didn't seem to be in a hurry, and treated me with respect. Captain Kangaroo is fine, in his context. Not for my electronics.

dvd player is working well with surround sound

Geek Squad- Roku installed

They have mounted three televisions for me and most recently replaced my cable boxes with Roku. They did this quickly. Very pleased with Geek Squad services!!
