    The geek Squad people identified the problem as to complex for them. They advised me to contact Xifinity/comcast for a digital box instead of wired box. I just wished they would have tried a little harder, I was able to get it connected myself with the help of Comcast customer service. Why couldn't they have done that? It wasn't that difficult. Just saying.
