    Logan was the agent to set up our Roku and antenna. He was excellent. He took the time to explain how to use them. You are very lucky to have such a fine employee.

    Geek squad very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing so the installation went fast easy and smooth. He explained the new way of viewing our TV with a new remote and didn’t leave until he knew we were comfortable. I also appreciated the update letting me know that they were coming but running late.

    The agent enabled our fire stick to be plugged into a separate adapter from our TV which is mounted on the wall. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Great service!

    The Geek Squad Associates, Mike and Jimmy, were great. They helped resolve my issue very quickly. They answered all my questions in a manner that was easy to understand (I accept I am not a techie). They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a positive experience.

    I had bought 3 Rokus thinking I needed them-when the techs came out they did an awesome job in connecting 2 TVs-the 3rd 1 was already ROKU ready and they showed us how to work all the remotes

    Carmelo from the Geek Squad came out to set-up our new Roku streaming system. He was very helpful and efficient. He also clearly understood that he was dealing with people who do not have the tech savvy of younger people who grew up with all of this stuff, and he explained everything clearly; which is something that many younger people can't seem to do without wandering into lingo that we older folks aren't familiar with. I'm not completely past the learning curve yet, but all is going well. We were very pleased with the whole experience!

    The entertainment system we have in our living room area was originally set up by a member of the Geek Squad and which included using a Logitech Harmony device to control all of the components. Because we were switching from cable service to using a ROKU device, with YouTube TV, etc., we knew we would need a service agent from Geek Squad. Chris Atkins is the service agent who came to our home. Chris was absolutely wonderful and is a 10+ on a scale of 10 as far as we are concerned. He was very diligent in his work and that included having to take several steps to get all of the components of our entertainment system to work together and which also included updating the Logitech Harmony software. Chris is excellent and I would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. Thank you, thank you!

    He was professional and added Roku right away with ease. Wasn't as knowledgeable as the previous visit from the guys doing Home TV service with my awesome Total Tech agreement. He did get the basics done, but the TV guys made EVERYTHING so easy and showed me a lot how to do specific things since I was new to streaming!

    Marcos connected all our devices and made sure we understood how to use them. We are senior citizens and not very technological. As Marcos explained, we took notes. He then made sure that we were actually able to perform all the tasks. He is a wonderful teacher!

    THE AGENT AQUIRED THE CODE I NEEDED TO PLAY MY VIDEOS IN THE DVD PLAYER THAT I BOUGHT AT BEST BUY. HE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND COURTEOUS AND SHOWED ME WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO PLAY MY VIDEOS. THANK YOU BEST BUY.

    I enrolled in TotalTech because I have no idea what I'm doing with this technology and needed a full array of support. They were terrific. I bought one 50" Sony TV and 4 Roku streaming sticks 4k. One stick to convert the Sony to Roku and 3 for older flat screen TVs (cutting the cable). The Geek Squad got me set up on two days. An agent delivered my new TV and did a basic setup on my old cable service so I had service that day. She also removed my broken plasma TV and 2 other old analog TVs for proper disposal. The next day, an agent did a full install, removing the old cable equipment and setting up Roku as well as the main streaming service and other apps I had subscribed to. He did this on all 4 TVs--not just the new purchase. Both agents worked quickly but were also courteous with all my questions. They were on time and did a great job. Many thanks to them.

    Lee was great! Hooked up DVD player and looked at a problem we had after we had our sound system set up a while back. He immediately found that all we needed to do is unplug the wolfer and do an extra step on our remote to control volume.

    They connected blue-ray to TV and explained how to use Blue-Ray and then physically showed me how and then allowed me to connect it while they were there to make sure I understood how to use my Blue-Ray--how wonderful to have agents with so much patience!
