Geek squad to come out and set up my DVD player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was not very happy when they gave me a date that the technician would be here to install my DVD player and they called me and said they had to cancel because the technician called out sick. Well it took me a month one month to get someone back here to connect it in and only took 10 minutes to connect so someone should’ve been out here sooner where there was such a small job and only took 10 minutes to do unhappy with the decision that they gave me in the length of time. I had a wait.

Installation of equipment

The time to install the Roku device was around 20 minutes and I was charge $1 00 for it. The same it was for the much more time consuming effort to program the universal remote. One person could have done both and not overcharged me

Geek Squad Magnolia wanted to sell me.
