The next time you need in-home Tech Support, call Geek Squad and ask for Paulo. Paulo is punctual, honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He walked into the houses and looked at the TV, then within minutes had the problem figured out. It took him and his partner 10 minutes to fix the problem.

The agent, Justin P., did and outstanding job, going above and beyond to solve the problem of intermittent streaming on our older Roku TV. He went back to the local store, got the needed device, and then added a Roku - Express HD Media Streaming Player to the TV. It saved us from having to purchase a new TV, and it works.

Phillip was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He has vast experience, I hope you would be as fortunate to have Phillip to do your install.

The team from Best Buy did a great job of installation. The techs also found a way to save us a few hundred dollar$ in the process. We are loving our new home theater system. This is the third time we have used Best Buy. Yep, I’m a Best Buy Guy.

The agents mounted my TV and all the associated devices. Now instead of a remote for cable and one for TV, I have one for cable, one for TV, one for sound bar, and one for DVD player. And not sure in what sequence you are supposed to use them. Wanted a universal remote, they say they do not make them any more. Found them on Amazon.

Both agents, were as always, very professional and helpful. They were patient when explaining the setup, and when we didn't have the cables they had to return to BB to get them, so I was appreciative of their patience. GREAT JOB! Your teams NEVER disappoint.

Sorry, I don't remember who came out to set up our new TV, and get it connected to others, but he did a fantastic job, and in a short amount of time! I was impressed. Geek Squad techs are superior!
