The techs did a great job on finding and correcting the problem The scheduling was a nightmare No problems Appointed one time thru scheduling. No one shows up Gave times when appointment made. Never correct Just a shitshow

Brian and Julian arrived promptly; they were very polite and knew what they were doing. They came, they saw, they conquered. Before they arrived, Brian told me that the part they were bringing, that I had ordered, was the wrong one. So, I went ahead a bought a new TV. They went back to the store to get it, saving extra trips. The new TV was installed, and mounted on the wall, using what the old one had been mounted. They even answered some incidental questions I had regarding the new system I was adjusting to. Both of them are amazing employees. Kudos the Brian and Julian.

The agent set up my new sound bar and Blu Ray player. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing as he had everything functioning in a matter of minutes. He gave me instructions and time to practice using the system.

the Geek Person that came to my house was very professional. I wanted Netflix on my TV and did not realize that I already had it on optimum. All that needed to be done was set up optimum on my remote which he did. was very grateful. I ended up taking my fire stick back because I did not need it. I did this because I did not have a smart TV. Also did not know I can turn a TV into a smart TV using the fire stick. First time using Optimum so I did not know. Thank you.

Works well, only issue I have with it is that it is not easy for my fingers to handle when moving from the computer to the printer and so forth; for my liking it could be a built a bit more hardy.

I only use the Geek Squad. They are professional,knowledgeable & get it right the first time. They take time to explain how to use items if you are not familiar with all the features.
