The Geek Squad arrived on time, mounted by two TVs without difficult, cleaned up after the installation, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

Reprogramming my 2020 Harmony Universal Remote was a quick job for the super technician who installed the new Samsung TV. "No problem." he said. And it wasn't. Just great efficiency! Thank you very much.

I had several TVs that needed to be mounted on walls. These guys do a great job and are prompt. I used my totaltech membership so the TV installations were at no additional cost to me.

Chris set up my ROKU and did a fantastic job. He explained everything to me in layman's language and I greatly appreciated that. HE made sure I could work my new device and encouraged any questions I may have had.

Brian and Julian arrived promptly; they were very polite and knew what they were doing. They came, they saw, they conquered. Before they arrived, Brian told me that the part they were bringing, that I had ordered, was the wrong one. So, I went ahead a bought a new TV. They went back to the store to get it, saving extra trips. The new TV was installed, and mounted on the wall, using what the old one had been mounted. They even answered some incidental questions I had regarding the new system I was adjusting to. Both of them are amazing employees. Kudos the Brian and Julian.

the Geek Person that came to my house was very professional. I wanted Netflix on my TV and did not realize that I already had it on optimum. All that needed to be done was set up optimum on my remote which he did. was very grateful. I ended up taking my fire stick back because I did not need it. I did this because I did not have a smart TV. Also did not know I can turn a TV into a smart TV using the fire stick. First time using Optimum so I did not know. Thank you.

The person that connected my dvd player to my tv was very, very nice and friendly. Also professional. He was very knowledgeable. He is a credit to your organization.

The agent went through the process with me on getting the Roku remote to control the TV. He got the sound to work and explained how to do it. He was an excellent teacher.

Wireless Blu-ray player is a nice piece of equipment now that the issue has been resolved

The task was to set up my entertainment system after a move. The tech guy seemed to enjoy the setup, but couldn't get my Tivo set up. I was tasked with checking with Tivo, which I did. Technician promised to come back to finish the job, but never did.

Really satisfied with the outcome so can’t complain about anything!
