The service was great. Tech was very knowledgeable and proficient, courteous and friendly.

There were two gentlemen. They were both very courteous. The man in charge worked quickly and efficiently and were out of here in about 20 minutes. He helped me figure out how to access my DVD players on 2 smart TVs.

The Techs were amazing. They were patient, friendly, and knew what to do with setting up TV, Roku, and Roku sticks. They were able to connect my laptop and phone to the TV. Great guys!

Squad installed this item quickly and did a great job. I love the echo show but every so often it quits working and I have to recycle it other than that I would’ve given it a five star.

The Geek Squad service technician did a great job. He arrived on time and installed the units promptly.

The agent disconnected my other devices, and set us up for tv only. He was extremely courteous and helpful with his advice. Before he left our home, he told us we could have a no-cost review and pricing to reset our other electronic devices and he would notify Best Buy to arrange the consult. We have not heard from Best Buy.

The agents troubleshooted the hook up with our new TV. The replaced the items necessary fir it to function properly and gave me some additional tips on some pretty cool functions I wasn't even aware of.

We cannot say enough how wonderful these 2 men were. Curt and Damian arrived on time. They were so very efficient, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. That doesn’t sound even sound like enough adjectives. They worked together so well getting everything put up, set up and working. They had with them all we had ordered and correct instructions on where things went. They cleaned up everything and left here like they had never been here. Answered ALL our questions and made sure we understood where to call if we had issues. I brag on your wonderful Geek Squad to all my friends and wouldn’t buy my electronics anywhere else ❤️

Bought a Tablo (DVR) for streaming and wasn't sure how to hook it up so I went and got a professional who not only hooked it up, but also showed me how to operate it. The tech was so impressed with the device he was going to get one for himself too!

They were on time, were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked as a team, answered all my questions, gave a demo on how to use the product, they were great and cleaned up all the paper and boxes when they were done

I was very pleased how well the 3 Geek Squad came in and set up my new tv and sound bar ane moved and set up the other tvs and dvd players, they were VERY GOOD

They were courteous and helpful setting up the tv and showing me how to use it and the new remote. The also helped me set Paramount plus.

the agent did some fiddling with my settings that obviously needed to be done and, being tech illiterate i couldn't do them. he did and now i am a happy camper. thanks geek squad
