The Geek squad hooked my tv up to the internet!!

What did we (users) do to our remote? Out of whack
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our universal remote got out of sync somehow and resulted in not being able to get any TV .... in our main family room ... and we are retired so we watch a bit of TV these days! We called Geek Squad to discuss and after describing our situation the lady took us through a few procedures to try to get us back on track. Those did not work completely so she set us up an appointment within a couple of work days for a tech to come by and fix the remote and all the devices connected. Gee, that was easy so we now look forward to getting the remote working to control all those connections again.

Geek squad set up tv quickly and professionally.
