The Geek Squad reps came out to the house and installed 4 ROKUs. One TV had given me a hard time but the reps trouble shot the issues and made the systems operate.

The installation of our Sony Blu-ray to be compatible with our Sony Smart television and Samsung sound bar went smoothly and the Geek Squad member did an excellent job of explaining its features.

We had an odd situation with trying to connect a cd player, but the tech was able to figure it out which made us really happy.

Technician was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We had all the cables needed so he just hooked up VCR and showed us how to be able to use remote to access VCR.

I needed help to set up my new TV with my receiver's sound system. It worked with the old TV but not with the new one. The technician was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable & tried everything to make the system work as it should. Although he wasn't able to do that, he did a "work around" to get the system working. Good Job!

After looking at all the wires coming out of the wall and knowing neither my husband nor I are techno savy, we decided to hire the geek squad to install our new TV, comcast box and DVD. It was a smart move! He had everything set up in no time, was friendly and polite, and best of all, showed us how to use everything!

the Geek Person that came to my house was very professional. I wanted Netflix on my TV and did not realize that I already had it on optimum. All that needed to be done was set up optimum on my remote which he did. was very grateful. I ended up taking my fire stick back because I did not need it. I did this because I did not have a smart TV. Also did not know I can turn a TV into a smart TV using the fire stick. First time using Optimum so I did not know. Thank you.

The Geek Squad arrived on time, mounted by two TVs without difficult, cleaned up after the installation, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

I really like Danny for my Geek squad agent. He came out 6 months ago and installed my new TV and then just recently my Bluray player. HE KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!!! He answered ALL my questions, the installation was a quick job for him and he explained EVERYTHING I needed to know about my new unit!

The agent set up both tvs so I have had little trouble.

Squad installed this item quickly and did a great job. I love the echo show but every so often it quits working and I have to recycle it other than that I would’ve given it a five star.

Excellent advice, called before arrival, will come back tomorrow to finish the job.

Brian and Julian arrived promptly; they were very polite and knew what they were doing. They came, they saw, they conquered. Before they arrived, Brian told me that the part they were bringing, that I had ordered, was the wrong one. So, I went ahead a bought a new TV. They went back to the store to get it, saving extra trips. The new TV was installed, and mounted on the wall, using what the old one had been mounted. They even answered some incidental questions I had regarding the new system I was adjusting to. Both of them are amazing employees. Kudos the Brian and Julian.
