Geek Squad on time and after installing our fire stick, gave us a tutorial on how to navigate to find our favorite shows.

The technicians that came to my house were fantastic. They knew what they were doing, punctual, polite and clean. What I didn’t like was the price I was charged by Best Buy. I paid an annual fee for what was always free Geek Squad service. I will not renew it in the future.

The agents did a great job installing the fire sticks and loading streaming. They were very friendly and explained how to operate the basics. The system logged itself out a couple of weeks later and another agent came out and showed us how to log in so that if it did again, we could log back in outselves. We REALLY like the Geek Squad!

He did great. Had a little trouble understanding the function. Another technician came. Amazing people are working for you. Treat them well!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it up. At a later date , they came and helped walk me through how to use apps on the TVs when I switched off of cable television .

All be it, the two men that came to my house to help us pair my Mother in Law's hearing aids to her brand new 65" Samsung smart TV they were unsuccessful. So I spent $130.00 for nothing. Imended up buying another TV and spending a very frustrating hour with a customer service rep pairing the hearing aids to her new TV. Thanks anyway.

Excellent customer service from installers saw my equipment and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.They arrived as scheduled on time.

Agent did excellent job of explaining how to use the Sony Blu-Ray player.

We had an odd situation with trying to connect a cd player, but the tech was able to figure it out which made us really happy.

The agents set up the new Xfinity boxes on my TVs. The first tech (Cody) recognized immediately that Xfinity had not sent the right box for my main TV, and he talked with Xfinity to straighten it out and get the correct box sent out. When I got the 2nd box, I re-scheduled, and Sean installed both boxes and made sure everything was working correctly, They were great, and a godsend for this tech-challenged senior. Thanks!

The Geek Squad agent was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to get all of my devices working together properly. Now the sound is coming through the home theater sound system and I can enjoy my movies and programs again.

Chris is a Geek Squad star. Don’t know what I would do without him! Every time I have a problem, he figures it out and takes the time to explain what I need to do.

It was set up in 20 minutes. We did not get instructions on how to run the smart tv. Had to call Geek Squad for setup. Would have been better to install and set up at same time. Had to wait an extra week to use.
