The Geek Squad agent was punctual and efficient in installing and configuring my DVD with my Harmony report and sound system. He was thorough and took the time to train me on the new equipment.

The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. Unfortunately I can't remember the other name. Thank you.

They were on time, and new exactly what was needed to be done and also spent time answering my questions. One of the team members left me his name and phone number in case I had and questions. And I did a week later, called him and he returned my call immediately. So glad I am a subscriber to the Tech team.

We can't say enough good things about Nick and John! Excellent technicians! We struggled with an unstable internet connection for 2 years. We called the provider and TV support (LG)...no help...pass the buck! As a last resort, we connected with Chris (top guy) and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Techs, Nick and John were dispatched and 1 1/2 hours later, problem solved! We have used Best Buy Geek Squad several times and they NEVER disappoint. Investing in Total Tech is the best money I have ever spent.
