The technician was very knowledgeable and set up our new receiver perfectly. She also set up the remote controls to operate as easily as possible.

The two person team did a great job installing our wall tv. We were very impressed.

Our Geek Squad technician, Barron, was the very best! He knew all the answers to our questions, was quick in getting the remote programmed & showing us all the tweeks of our new Sony TV. Barron was neat & respectful too

Dan & Derek did a great job setting up my Verizon 5G internet service and adjusting my TV antenna. They were professional and courteous!

ALL of the staff at the College Station store are EXCELLENT representatives of your chain. Everyone from the managers to the installers and repair people go above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. The "call center", on the other hand, are useless and make getting ANYTHING done almost an impossibility.

The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. Geek Squad was exceptionally professional, and very attentive to the needs of their customer, me. They were on time, and new exactly what was needed to be done and also spent time answering my questions. One of the team members left me his name and phone number in case I had and questions. And I did a week later, called him and he returned my call immediately. So glad I am a subscriber to the Tech team.

The team who installed our Kitchenaid were wonderful. They removed the old dishwasher and hooked up the new one seamlessly and were very personable. They left the floor spotless which I also appreciated.

Chris from 3rd party helped me adding cameras to hub nest and mirroring my cellphone to tv. He,s the best.
