Anthony was our Geek Squad Rep and had called to verify appointment before arriving. He explained the process of the LG TV installation as he was doing it and answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and made sure we understood how to access anything we wanted on the TV including apps like Disney+ and Netflix. He also was able to install our blue-ray neatly into our existing audio/visual stack. Professional and friendly service - glad we chose to go with Geek Squad.

Your rep did a great job of “untangling” issues with a soundbar installation that were complicated by my experience skilled efforts. He not only installed the Bose soundbar quickly, he set everything up to work easily through one remote. Many thanks for his professional and quality work.

If this is for Luis, he did a good job of explaining and showing us how to use features on the tv. However we are still not able to get Bally sports as promised

The Geek Squad was able to organize and make simpler all the wires on the back of the TV and work with us on understanding new remote, etc.

They were great, moved out old tv completely setup new 85 inch Sony tv and connected Blu-ray, Bose system Dvr etc. very professional and knowledgeable also very pleasant.i would recommend using the geek squad ,worth every cent. Would use them again ,great job thanks again.
