Geek Squad installed 1 fire stick quickly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The young man was excellent and he helped me the best he could.....he informed me I needed fire sticks and got a refund on one of my roku devices because there was 1 firestick in his truck . I still have the other 2 rokus not sure I can get my money back on those because at that time you had to go in to the store for a refund, my health prevented me from doing that.

Wonderful!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The gentlemen who came out to set up our system - 75" TV, universal remote, sound bar, DVD player, and cable box - were amazing! They came in and got started immediately. They were so efficient and completed the work beautifully! They carefully gathered up all the boxes and materials and took it with them. Once everything was hooked up, they made sure Prime and Netflix were connected and then took time to show me how the universal remote worked. I can't say enough good things about this service.

Geek squad transferred data from old to new comput

He was very knowledgeable and explained the features of it to my wife and I. You have a very valuable employee and because of the great service we received, we will continue to shop at Best Buy!!!
