Had the Geek Squad assemble and install the Roku. The fellow that came was very efficient and friendly.

Call to let me know he was running late, which was fine. Got everything installed and all works well.

Netflix kept failing to work on my large TV. Geek Randall came to fix the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong, saying that he knew it as soon as he learned my address. Apparently it is a regional problem. He entered all kinds of identifications--passwords for service, my identifications, etc. Netflix came to life. It was an expensive fix. I was charged more than the usual amount.

He was so helpful and got everything working right !!! It was worth the cost for hassle free

I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad men that came out to set up our new TV and Soundbar. John and Tom did such a great job! While installing they told us just what they were doing and how the items will work. Then they showed us just how to work each remote and what to do if it did what ever. They were great!!

Skilled install guys who had been here before for another project. 85” Bravia 9 on a wall mount went up flawlessly.

Geek Squad setup assistance for my new Apple TV 4K unit was once again a good decision. My tech did an excellent job getting it setup, providing guidance on how to use it and setup my streaming apps. Very happy with the outcome of the appointment.
