    Steven & Orlando were very professional and kind. They got the TV and device working. They definitely are an Asset to the Geek Squad. I will definitely recommend them.

    Friendly and complete service provided for a reasonable price. Everything I purchased was set up correctly as well as other items already in my home. Answered any question I had in understandable language. Programmed the remotes and gave me a personal tutorial in how to use them. Only small gripe is that they could have cleaned up the little pieces of styrofoam better.

    Your "geek" was very knowledgable and efficient. I am enjoying my Roku programs, expecially the much smaller cable bill! Thanks. Also, I will be coming in for another antenna for my bedroom TV, which is not a Roku but, hopefully, I will be able to get some local channels on it.

    Best Buy, in the human forms of Lilly and Jose, came and set up our Dvd player and helped us understand how to use it and were generally wonderful.

    The agent explained "streaming" in language an 85 year old could understand! We decided that we would continue with cable since costs were about the same and we wouldn't have to learn a a new system! He gave us the confidence we needed. I returned the streaming device to Best Buy for refund.

    I had problems for several weeks and finally decided to call the Geek Squad. The phone conversation helped me locate the problem others could not do. Kudos to the Geek Squad. A visit to the store verified the deflective part.

    The technician was very professional and safety cautious by wearing a mask. She was very knowledgible. She got our VHS/DVD running very quickly. Then set up Wifi and net very quickly. Previously, the Geek Squad delivered, installed my tv and speakers doing a great job, working quickly, neatly concealing wires and explaining the operation of the equipment. I am 100% satisfied.

    The two people that came to our house (Alicha Cribbs and Aaron) were awesome! They were intelligent and very knowledgeable on the items we bought. They helped us with learning all the features on the products we bought. She also sold us on some additional products. They are the best!

    Two out of Three TVs work.

    Two of the TVs are programed well considering we had to install the antenna outside ourselves and didn't know where to aim it. But... the third very important TV was not either programmed right or the TV chosen by your representative during an earlier consult visit is not capable to getting the signals. An older TV does, however work. When I tried to call for assistance to see what is wrong, I am placed on hold for a very elongated time and that is not up to what I think is Best Buy Standards that we are use to have anyhow.
