The Geek Squad connected my Roku and showed me how to use it and YouTube as well. I am always well pleased with Geek Squad with my TV, PHones, EarPhones, and the service Best Buy Team and sales. Only one that gives you all the Electronics Amenities. Setup payments no Interest.

Technician set up our TV and DVD player and accessories..

The service personnel from the Geek Squad had everything connected to our new TV in just a few minutes AND they took the time to show us how to use everything! We highly recommend using the Geek Squad!

The agent set my Antenna to perfection and it did not take them long to get it done. They were spot on. Now all my channels come in solid.

The two technicians installed a chromecast on our TV and set it up and showed us how to work it. The TV was mounted on the wall and they had to remove it to get to the proper HDMI port and USB port for power. The techs were friendly, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Total Tech support is a great thing to have.

Maricella was very knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious during her visit. She taught us the user friendly operations of our television and soundbar. There was also a problem with Netflix, which she resolved at the time. However, the problem reoccurs intermittently and may require another visit from Maricella.

Agent set up 2nd Apple TV for us. We have a complex network and he was very careful to insure that we had access to all the functionality we needed before he left! Great Job!

Te fellows needed to help me find out the lost or loose connection from my cable box to my tv. they listened to my explanation & found the disconnected wire and reconnected. they also helped by assisting in making sure everything worked properly again.

These guys were great! Professional set up done with care. The overall job was high quality. They mounted a 50” TV over a fireplace. Looks great. They also hooked the TV into the cable and set up Netflix and other services. They gave nice easy explanations on how to access everything. I highly this Geek Squad.

Skilled install guys who had been here before for another project. 85” Bravia 9 on a wall mount went up flawlessly.

Tech installed it and gave us great instructions on how to use the dvd player.

The agents removed and remounted my old TV over the fire place. Mounted new TV where the old one was mounted. Programed both TV's, provided instructions and answered all my questions. Even gave me his cell phone number if I needed to contact him. Service like this you don't get anymore.
