The IT guy, Jason, simplified the set-up for me...a lifesaver!

The Geek Squad guys, Omar and Rauel, were great. They really took their time properly installing our Blink cameras and made sure that we fully understood how every thing worked. Having the Geek Squad tech support services is one of the best things we have ever done!

Things went well. They couldn't hook up my Genesis, but they weren't coming here to do that.

She was on time and well educated. She noticed right away that I crossed wires. She then showed me how to work the clickers to get disc movies then back to the TV.

I received sufficient notifications and updates regarding their arrival. Once there, they were very respectful of our home, and put on shoe protectors. During the installation, they kept us informed, asked good questions along the way, and made sure everything was to our liking, and that we understood how to operate our new t.v.

Daniel, is invaluable to Joseph and me. As Baby-Boomers we have little to no knowledge about new electronic. So far we have both screwed up our connections to the cloud and have needed help!
