The agents installed RUKU on 2 TVs & set up Hulu for me. They were very patient with me. They were very nice gentlemen & I appreciate their help. They are an asset to your company. I will definitely continue to shop at Best Buy.

The agents did a great job mounting my new 65” Samsung panel and reconnecting all other devices to it. They were professional and proficient in every way.

This is the second service by the same technician. He was as wonderful in setting up the new Samsung TV this time as he was six months ago. He, Devon, was respectful of property and set up with very fast.

The technician had unexpected problems along the way and he was willing to work through each of them abd to patiently show me how to operate.

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

Josiah was the Technician who arrived today and did the installation, and he is intelligent and kind and generous, and all the work that he does. He is one of the best I have ever witnessed- SO grateful!!!!

The Add on Video Device with my Geek Squad Total Tech I guess is one of the perks I have of having paid almost $200 for their protection plan. In a way I am extremely unhappy about everything because I was Grandfathered in the Original Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan and I was told and had in writing that I would only be charged $99.00 every year I renew. But somehow Best Buy went ahead and decided to totally do away with that plan and just Rename and repackage and replace everyone’s plan and charge them the $200.00 so they could make more money. It appears they have gotten away with it. As far as the Geek Squad doing their job on the install, I believe they definitely could have done a little better. I definitely did not like how they approached my Mom and sold her a very Expensive accessory and made it seem l like if she didn’t buy it from them right then and there something awful could happen to the New TV.

The folks were very nice. Prompt, friendly and efficient...the only reason for the lack of a star is that after 4 days the device they installed is not working properly and now I have to go through the annoyance of having another visit scheduled to reinstall and IF that is not the issue, then yet ANOTHER trip to bring a new one and install it.

The installation by Courtney and her assistant was extremely efficient. They worked in a very organized manner and know how to perform an installation in a professional manner.everything was explained and the setup was great. She is a credit to your team.

Kevin from the Geek Squad came to my home and replaced a new HDMI cable which was connected to my television to my DVD player. Kevin was patient, kind and very helpful. He has a great knowledge about new technology. I learned alot feom him. Kevin, you are the best!! Thank you so much!!

The techs were thorough, patient and quick to do their job. They answered all my questions and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. They also called the day before to confirm my appointment and to review what I needed done.

My Total Tech technician, Brock Elsmore, is an outstanding example of an employee committed to customer satisfaction. Brock is extremely capable, professional and focused on achieving customer expectations.

The agents showed up on time and were ready to work. They installed a Roku device on my TV, having to move a piece of furniture to do it. Then one of the men taught me how to use my Roku. They were pleasant and courteous and very helpful.

We needed help setting up security cameras with our home computer. We contacted Best Buy using our Total Tech membership. They sent out a technician who helped set it up in one visit. Excellent customer service!!

As always the Geek squad give a great service with all the tech support we need on our home. They know all the products that are best for all TVs and more. They are very knowledgeable in what they do.

I haven't tried my DVD player to see if I know how to use it. But it is connected so I will probably give it a try sometime. It was nice to have someone who actually knew how to connect it to my new smart TV.
