The geek squad of Benton Harbor sent out a tech named Gomel and he set up everything and explained the simple use of the device. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable.

Zeb & Dre were very professional with the installation. They did the extra things also - explained the features of the TV. Helped setup streaming service etc. and answered any questions that I had. Excellent job.

The Geek squad had setup and transferred data from an existing computer a few weeks ago and did an excellent job. They set a new tv today and did a great job on that as well!

Hr arrived on time, as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He also went above and beyond to be sure everything was working properly.

Bought a Sony 4K Disc Player. With so many streaming options available these day, this was kind of an "indulgent" addition to my media center. With that in mind. player was a bit pricey....but it gives great picture quality and can play regular, Blue Ray and 4K products. All in all, quite pleased.

My initial contact with Best Buy rep was difficult. He tried to fit my problem into a set of scenarios he had been given. Thus the initial rep at my home was not capable of addressing the issue. Luckily he found another set of representatives who came an hour later and completed my request.

The Geek Squad installed my 55 inch TV on my wall and it came out perfect. The installers name was Eric and he was pleasant, neat, and explained every question that I had. Wouldn't hesitate to use the Geek Squad again.

Both gentleman arrived within the time frame given. Actually sooner than we expected. Asked what issue was and started diagnosing issue and resolved within 20-30 minutes done. This is why you are are go to as soon as we have any issues!!

After not finding a solution to my problem on the internet, I had the Geek Squad come out. The technician quickly solved the problem I was having.
