The agent, Daniel, was on time and extremely helpful in trying to solve and troubleshoot our problem. He made the right recommendations and was able to temporarily connect our tv to our audio system.

Agents connected cable box and new remote, but did not program remote as originally configured by Geek installation team. Current situation is adequate, but original install team had utilized short cuts which are not available now.

The agents installed new equipment and all works fine - except the tv now shuts off, gives an error message to connect to a different port, buffers for a while, shuts down and restarts (sometimes) Very frustrating. This is the 3rd try
