    Mike added YouTube tv to all of my televisions and made sure they were working properly. Added the Fire Stick to one tv and Google hub to another tv. Everything working great.

    The agents showed me how to switch the use of my LG TV from HDMI3 to ROKU and back. They also solved the very annoying sound whenever the TV was turned on and off.

    We bought a new Bly-ray machine from Best Buy. We can still view our DVD'S on the Blu-ray machine and we bought some new blu-ray movies too! Thequality of the picture is great!

    They did not need to install my purchase since I had already done so, but they were able to remove the broken blue ray player and removed the netflix disk stuck in it, and also removed a non-functioning vcr. Great work.

    Agents were able to do most of the setup. Was able to setup antenna's but were unable to disconnect former cable modem because of transfer service to my new modem
