The Geek Squad agent did a great job of hooking up the new Insignia television and Roku stick. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Very happy with it!

Richard was fantastic. He was able to mount the new TV on the stand I had. He took his time and went through everything with me. If I have any other items to install, I want Richard to come back.

The 2 techs were very friendly and helpful =I think his name was Zack - but he really troubleshot the problem , made calls and got the surround sound working

Steven and Heath did an excellent job hooking up our Sony blu ray player and Roku device. They explained how it worked and gave us a suggestion on hooking up our old cassette player (bought at Best Buy in the 90's !).

The agents worked hard, consulted others and did a lot to troubleshoot a complex sound problem though they were there for a minor product install. Thanks Geek Squad!

I would highly recommend the home theatre department at Best Buy. Installed my new receiver flawlessly and got everything optimized, labeled perfectly, and connected without a hitch. Arrived within the installation window and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. Thank you!

Carmelo got the sound system connected with the TV and was super efficient. I asked 1 million questions. Super patient on his end.

The techs did a very good job on the set up. I dont know if it is a set-up issue or system issue but there are few nagging problems, such as no audio (we reboot 3 times and then it works!), and an annoying software update request message that appears on start-up each time and no way to ignore or select yes on the upgrade. We were told to go to the "device" selection on the Universal remote but that doesn't seem to be user-friendly

I think this apt. was with a young man with the initials KB who really was the best teacher of IT stuff I have ever had. He could be teaching at the local ACE program.
