The two gentleman did an excellent job. They also explained the controls and setup to me so well I can use all my equipment with no issues.

Installers arrived at scheduled time, were neat, knew what they were doing and took the time to hide cords, receiver and transmitter. Would recommend Best Buy and their Geek squad.

The agents did a great job of evaluating the problems I was having with my televisions and made recommendations for correction.

Junior came to install the Beam. He was so patient explaining some questions I had with the Brava since it was installed.
