    I submitted three rounds of multiple questions to my in home advisor before I was satisfied enough to move forward with purchasing my new TV. All were answered to my satisfaction. Best Buy does a great job.

    The installation was done in a professional manner with my questions asked. As requested all unnecessary cables were disconnected from the TV and the installer made sure I understood how to work everything.

    I had issues with new Sony flat screen's remote control. It somehow got set on a loud, raucous voice announcing every action taken on the remote. "VOLUME CONTROL SET TO 15. CLOSING ACCESS" ,etc. After my fourth call to Customer Service, it issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
