Your tech came out & in a matter of minutes rectified the situation...it was a problem with the power strip. Thank you so much!

My CD player is up and playing Christmas music

We love the Geek Squad!

Now that my teenagers are grown ups living at their own homes, this is a 2nd best alternative when I need tech help!!
