The agents came over, took down my old Ring doorbell and set up my new one. It works just fine! It took less than an hour!

The agent installed my Ring security doorbell but the power transformer needs to be replaced. Service Call for repair will be next week.

The geek squad installers where professional they were friendly they were courteous they wore masks and they also wore plastic shoe coverings if I wanted them which I appreciate it because covid is on the rise again I am a senior and they were very courteous. Yuneisy would receive 10 stars if I asked! She call before she came and arrive during the time frame. She was gracious, nice and very knowledgeable installing my ring doorbell. She was very patient; she was here over an hour and a half patiently waiting for the ring door bell to charge which was no fault of hers. She even re-wired the doorbell to see if there was a problem. I would recommend the geek squad because I paid for a ring doorbell to be installed and she was here over an hour and a half and I was not charged extra for her time!

Very pleased with this purchase. The installation was done by a professional and was without any issues. The communication on installation on phone was very direct and without any effort on our part. All adjustments were very well explained. We are very pleased with the performance and have not had any follow-up questions.

I was given a text, email and phone heads up as to when agent would be arriving. She brought the ring with her. She first installed the app on my phone, set it up for me and explained everything to me. Then we decided on the best place to put the ring and she installed it for me. She also showed me how to change the battery. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I would have been lost with her.

I received a Ring Doorbell as a gift. I called Geek Squad to have it installed. They were very helpful in setting an appointment to have a tech come install it for me. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He had it installed and working and explained to me how to use it. I was VERY SATISFIED with the service.
