the person who showed up to install my doorbell camera was efficient and did a great job. NO PROBLEM....now I need Geek Squad to do a bunch of other "stuff" for me.....(like a printer for the Chromebook I bought from Best Buy).....

The geek squad installers where professional they were friendly they were courteous they wore masks and they also wore plastic shoe coverings if I wanted them which I appreciate it because covid is on the rise again I am a senior and they were very courteous. They represent Best buy geek squad in a professional courteous and efficient manner

Octavia and the young man who was with her gave me EXCELLENT customer service. I told her if I purchase another smart tv next year, that I would request her. She installed my first one and I can count on her being on time and doing a great job.

Very pleased with this purchase. The installation was done by a professional and was without any issues. The communication on installation on phone was very direct and without any effort on our part. All adjustments were very well explained. We are very pleased with the performance and have not had any follow-up questions.

Very fast, easy installation....along with Ring chimes for upstairs and down. Installers were very polite and knowledgeable. Now Alexa can interact if we desire that. If you have a nosy neighbor who knows no boundaries, having Alexa ask "What is the purpose of your business?" is priceless!! This alone has been worth every penny spent!! Warding off porch piracy and pestering neighbors--this is called a Win-Win!!

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I had to wait 2 weeks after purchasing my ring to have it installed. The service tech communicated with me before coming out to ensure he was installing the right product. He called when he was on his way and showed up in time. He involved me to ensure he installed it right where I wanted it and made sure everything was set up and working before he left. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed!

I bought a Nest Hello doorbell and paid for Geek Squad to install. They came and surveyed my existing doorbell and found that it did not possess the necessary connection for the direct-wire door bell to work. They explained everything in clear language so that I understand what my options are. I agreed with their recommendation to hire an electrician and someone who can patch stucco walls. They refunded my service without hassle (just an additional phone call was required due to Best Buy system limitation). Friendly throughout the process.

The installation, which included signal boosters, was a disaster. The doorbell wouldn't ring, it lost its connection with the internet, my printer lost its internet connection, and my computer would not send emails. I had to spend several hundred dollars to fix the internet and connection problems and needed to hire an electrician to get the doorbell installed properly. The Geek Squad installer never returned any of my emails. The doorbell is now properly installed and working O.K.

I was quite impressed with the Geek Squad professional who installed my Ring Doorbell. He helped get the internet connection between my phone and the door bell. He was very kind, thorough, professional. He was quite articulate in answering my plethora of questions. He is thoroughly skilled and I am so grateful for his expertise.

When it’s working it probably the best, easy to use, but if you get one power outage, or loss of internet connectivity. Then Ring becomes a nightmare trying to reconnect. Most devices will reconnect on their own. not ring 50/50 chance you will make a repair appt if you can’t reconnect yourself! Maybe better off buying battery version for convenience of returning if you’re not happy!

The agent that installed my ring doorbell and chime was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He involved me in the process to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted. Set up of doorbell and chime was complete and easy to understand.

I think my membership in Total Tech is the best money I've ever spent. I can't count the number of times they have provided back-up, fixed my tech issues, provided me with fabulous membership perks, been kind in the face of frustration, and all the time being professional and effective. Geek Squad staffers are my heros and I get so much value for my membership, I'm happy to pay for it.

I ordered the wired version originally, but couldn't install it myself due to my original doorbell's wires being too short. I then ordered the wired version again, but with installation. I expected the installation crew to know how to extend the wires, but instead they told me they couldn't and just gave me the battery powered version instead. I could have installed that myself...

Easily scheduled an appt, tech came on time and did a great job installing thr camera for us. We had purchased one of the back deck too and he explained to us that wouldnt work and told us exactly what to get and said he would be happy to come back to install that one too. Super impressed, super professional.

Yuneisy would receive 10 stars if I asked! She call before she came and arrive during the time frame. She was gracious, nice and very knowledgeable installing my ring doorbell. She was very patient; she was here over an hour and a half patiently waiting for the ring door bell to charge which was no fault of hers. She even re-wired the doorbell to see if there was a problem. I would recommend the geek squad because I paid for a ring doorbell to be installed and she was here over an hour and a half and I was not charged extra for her time!

The installers came on time and actually helped with the set-up of the Ring after the install, great job!

I received a Ring Doorbell as a gift. I called Geek Squad to have it installed. They were very helpful in setting an appointment to have a tech come install it for me. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He had it installed and working and explained to me how to use it. I was VERY SATISFIED with the service.

Reset Google Nest It took a few minutes but it is all good. TotalTech is what keeps me as a Bestbuy customer. When Best Buy drops TotalTech program you are shooting yourself in the FOOT! I am old enough to remember Circut City, Federated, and Fry's ALL no longer in Business. Learn from their lesson!
