Unable to Connect Ring Doorbell
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician "installed" the Ring doorbell; however, it was not a flush mount due to spacing size. He was unable to connect it due to not having a transmitter, which I did not know that I needed. Apparently, their trucks are not equipped with supporting electronics. After he left, the doorbell would not stop ringing. I had a relative put my old doorbell back on. So, I have a Ring doorbell that is back in the box. The technician was really nice though. Kept tryi g to upsell me on home surveillance cameras.
