The technician replaced my Ring doorbell quickly and efficiently. He arrived on the scheduled time and completed the job. He was personable with both me and my husband. I would recommend this service.

Reset Google Nest It took a few minutes but it is all good. TotalTech is what keeps me as a Bestbuy customer. When Best Buy drops TotalTech program you are shooting yourself in the FOOT! I am old enough to remember Circut City, Federated, and Fry's ALL no longer in Business. Learn from their lesson!

The agent installed my ring bell camera quickly and gave great service

The agent replaced our old Ring with a new version and did a great job.

We are extremely pleased with or Nest doorbell. The installer was very nice. However, he had no idea how to put 2 phones to know how to get more than 1 person with notifications. We ended up calling Nest support who helped us. However I know have difficulty keeping the Nest in contact with the app. Will have to call again, or have Best Buy send a true Geek who knows how to program properly. As when we went back to the store they said they would offer that to us.

I’m glad to have the Nest Doorbell but for some reason when I go to check on it on my phone the camera is off and has to be turned back on. Also had a bad experience with guy that came out to install it.. he didn’t know how to install it to the doorbell, said I needed to buy a new transformer and doorbell. Ordered it sat up install again and the doorbell inside just “dong” single “dong” can’t hear it most times. Going to try to get Geek Squad out here to see if they know how to fix it correctly. Oh the new transformer wasn’t needed!

Very customer friendly and patient with my learning curve. I appreciated the fact that the tech had another better Ring door bell in his truck- I did not have to wait. He also explained what I needed to do with the other door bell , the battery was draining too fast on it.

The agent that installed my ring doorbell and chime was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He involved me in the process to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted. Set up of doorbell and chime was complete and easy to understand.

The agents installed my ring doorbell which proved to be somewhat difficult with perseverance Then installed 2 surveillance cameras. They took all the necessary time and patience to make sure they were positioned just right. Their due diligence was greatly appreciated

I was impressed with the knowledge of the geek and his efficency in noting the equipment I had, was out of date, This resulted in a call to my provider who provided the information I needed to know, and also gave me the password I needed which I didn't have. As a result of his knowledge, I personally learned a lot. The geek seemed not to mind, returning again to finish the job.

My doorbell was installed with precision. I am older and the installer took extra time to help me through the install process. I had another person try to install the doorbell with no success. She was knowledgeable and had little difficulty installing the doorbell. It now works great. Thank you Geek Squad for your expert help.

They did a great job putting up my TV. They are very knowledgeable. They know what they’re doing and they’re very careful.

The agent installed my Ring doorbell. I am pleased with the way it’s working. I was not happy about the agent being 2.5 hrs late. I was scheduled a window of 7am-1pm. An operator called and said he was running 30 mins behind and would arrive at 1:30. At 1:30 still no agent so I gave it til 2:00. Still no call and he hadn’t arrived so I called the operator back to see where he was, she placed me on hold to call him. He got to my house after 3pm. To my understanding this wasn’t Geek Squad but someone, contractor that they use.

Jake did a fine job installing, but the real payoff was fixing our TV! We have had three Geek Squad service people and two Samsung service people try to figure out why our big TV kept going out. Jake asked to take a look at it and found the sleep timer was on. Problem solved,

The install went smooth and great. The installer was a little more thorough than i would of liked. As he was installing i was painting the inside of our new house. He was coming up to ke almost every 3 minutes over explaing things or what he was doing. He was polite and courteous. I just didnt need that level of explination.

Hi first of all i wouldn’t be talking about this but my tech was great . He understands why I’m in need of this protection. He was here installing the indoor cameras and somebody tried to come in our door. He said wait and look at the camera. I couldn’t but looked out the window and a lady walked off . He tried to get the video and nothing was there. He spoke to his supervisor and they are baffled . Anyways Alex P , your the man and I’m so happy with your service . I wouldn’t and won’t get another installer , I’m serious and thanks again Alex P

We have been very happy with all our installations by Geek Squad. Luckily, we were still on the "old" system that made 100% of installation part of our tech package (now just -20%). This was very worthwhile, but not sure I'll keep the tech package now with the reduced benefits.

The sales person and installer were both excellent. The product was explained well, installed perfect and is just exactly what I needed.
