    Installation went fine and the product was explained to me by the technician, but about a week later I noticed a problem and called to have someone come back out. This was a problem and they sent the wrong person and then someone didn't show up as scheduled.

    Tech couldn't finish install cause there was not enough power for the door bell. So had to hire another tech from ness to replace the gadget for power and finish install. Tech from Best Buy said he would talk to management and see if I could get my installation fee refunded. No refund. Did not communicate back to me whether manager approved or disapproved. So wasn't sure if he even tried. Tech was pleasant and did apologize for the test the previous guy from Best buy did to get the install scheduled. Just would have been nice if I would have gotten a call or e-mail with the managers decision.
