    The guys charged me an extra $100 because they said the lock didn’t line up with the hole. When they were done, it still didn’t line up so they said I need to juggle it to fit.

    Had morning appointment 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM but no one showed or called. I had to call Customer Service twice to inquire and voice my displeasure since I was up since 6:30 AM. Told they tried to call tech but left voicemail. Finally received call from tech at 4:30 PM and was in NYC had another stop then me. Needless to say he arrived at 5:45 PM. He was very thorough and completed quickly, but I am very disappointed and upset at the entire process and want response why this mismanaged appointment incident happened in the first place. I pay for tech contract and expect Best Buy to provide service that is honored with the timeframe they assign. This did not happen and I want an explanation why not.
