Efficient, but Late
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer for our smart doorbell was efficient and effective, accommodating our home's existing hardware and getting the new doorbell set up within about a half hour. However, he arrived near the end of a four-hour arrival window, and repeated efforts to contact his company and get a tighter estimated arrival time were unsuccessful.

Second time is the charm!

The first team hard wired the ring, but failed give or instructions how to charge. The 2nd team checked the instillation and gave easy instructions how to charge the battery which is then maintained by the hard wire. The first team were not true geek squad.
