Google Nest Installation Issues.....AGAIN

The Geek Squad previously installed both of my Google Nest doorbells. One of them recently stopped working, so I bought another. When the installer came out to install the one doorbell, we were able to add to my Nest App on my phone; however, he could never get the chime to work. He ended up disconnecting both doorbells from the chime, Now I have no doorbells and no door bell cameras. I purposely scheduled this install when I would be home for the week. Now I am being told the earliest someone can come out is next Wednesday, when I will be at work. And there are NO appointments scheduled in the future for Fridays or Saturdays. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT I HAVE SPENT WITH BEST BUY....I am so unhappy right now.
