An agent, Daniel, installed my new Ring, and set it up. He showed me all the details and set the personalized adjustments for me. It was great! Daniel was very personable and very aware of my needs in regards to the installation. I appreciated he said several times, 'that is what I would do if it were mine" I am not a Geek person and miss things - he made sure I was well versed and could change things later on and showed me how.

Eddy attached our Ring doorbell to the brick exterior, set up our phone alerts, etc. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our millions of questions. Even though he was on a schedule, he was so kind to walk us thru everything until we had it all straight.

Best buy management associate Travis has commendable customer service skills and communication. He is very knowledgeable and patiently kind with helping me recently many times and with others I observed.Thank you Travis. Hope the best to you in all ways.

To start with, i have posted a few on the ring and the TV. I purchased the total tech support to get the pricing and what comes with it, had to clarify. It seems like Best Buy could come up with a better pricing when it comes to ring install pricing. Confusing as to what i was getting installed. On some of there camera installs comes up to 2 or up to 4 for set price. Why not doorbells? I had 2 and was 50 a piece, thats my thought. Anyway, was same contractors that installed my other that day. Happy with install but lack of info as doing it and the clean up.Still working

Thank you Best Buy for not only the great sales price but also the excellent installation by Geek Squad. He installed it and then made sure it worked with my iPhone. He ran several tests to be sure that the doorbell rang in the house as well. Great Job!

The tech was on time and dis a great job! I gave the install a rating of 4 only because it was made too difficult for my Senior Sister to set up herself. You have to have an account and set it up and pay that way. She was not able to do that.

We wanted to have some extra video security at our front door beyond the alarm system we already have. After researching several different products and brands, we decided on the Ring. Since we didn't have the skills necessary for a self-install, we paid for the Geek Squad to do it for us. There were a couple of minor glitches with the install, but they two Geeks who came and their supervisor did an excellent job of problem-solving and setting it up for us. All three were very helpful with showing us how to use the mobile app, the actual doorbell, and how they work together.

This is a very good investment especially when your front door is on the side of your house and you only go through the garage. I never know when I get packages delivered. I did not know that unless you sign up for some kind of service you cannot review any videos other than the day they occur. That's what the 4 stars was for. The Geek Squad did an awesome job installing the unit and setting up my app on my phone. He goes above and beyond.

Agents installed all our equipment quickly, efficiently and professionally, even when facing the challenges of my older stucco exterior. They went through the placement of the doorbell and cameras, and walked me through the installation and software/app installation and use. Thank you!

The lfirst agent was not able to solve the Ring doorbell to old doorbell, gave up. Did install garage camera. The second visit was by two agents and they knew what they were doing, They installed a battery doorbell that is independent from our old doorbell. These two guys knew what they were doing. Thank you

I like the door bell size, you can talk, siren. Good picture

It took over a month to get an appointment to install the Nest battery operated doorbell as the wired version does not work with most older-style connections. But the Geeks showed up on time and did a professional job.

This is a must have for any front door. I use it to check for packages and when people show. It also lets me know when the mail is delivered to. Catches the vehicle at about 50’ way

The team that installed my Ring doorbell were great. I have had them to provide service several times before for other installations and each time was great. We have come to know each other fairly well on a professional bases.

Greg the gentleman that came and installed my diirbell camera, and the other 3 cameras did a great job. He was very nice, very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. he showed me all the features if the cameras, and how they worked. I would recommend American AVT and Greg to anyone.

We bought a wired Ring Doorbell with Chime from Best Buy and had Geek Squad install it for us. The Geek Squad technician was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of installing our doorbell and setting up the Ring App for us. He was very friendly as well. We love Geek Squad.

Jarel was outstanding. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what we needed to do, how we needed to access on our phone and made sure we were satisfied with every step he explained.

Best Buy installed our Ring doorbell. While this may be simple for some it turned out we needed a different mount due to the angle of the door and molding. Thanks to the diligence of the installers that made sure we had the correct one. They also helped me with software and made sure it all worked properly. All included with my TotalTech membership.
