Excellent service!!! Young man who installed our Ring was outstanding.

The Technician for some reason did not install the pro power kit which for a few days led to noises . We were told to call an electrician. Electrician came and said that the pro power kit should have been installed initially. Everything working fine now.

This is a no brainer - Using geek squad for this install was seamless and perfect.

The representative called multiple hours prior to scheduled time because they wanted to get their day started. I felt obligated to adjust my schedule to allow the geek squad member to come earlier than I had planned. Once there, the services to be rendered were not clear to the squad member so I had to describe the events that occurred the previous appointment. After speaking with a representative on the phone, the squad member started to work on installing.

Customer service was excellent and installer was knowledgable and friendly.

He spent a considerable amount of time getting it works work with my phone & the Echo Show.

I was given a time and they were nearly an hour late. I told the lady in comments to tell the installer to NOT park in driveway, and yet they did. Plus the man had 2 extra people with him. It made my neighbor who had to come over. They were in the house quite a while and there was something wrong with how it worked so I had to go back into the store and ask why it was buzzing in the house. The next guy who came out did a great job and fixed it...the 1st guy left a part off...he was in and out in a few minutes. Bravo to the 2nd guy!

Eventually got it working however, first visit, the tech did not install properly and left it that way. Scheduled a followup however, tech did not show and no follow up from best buy. Called in and had to reschedule again. Tech came by this time and fixed the installation

It took longer than expected but ultimately I am pleased with the product
