Install was easy, they called before arrival. Good service

It took 3 trips to have it working correctly. After the first trip the transfomer was burnt. Then was told by customer service they would send someone out that would get it workiing. He told me I had to get an electrrician. He found loose wires on the back of the ring. They had it working but I had the third guy out to explain the workings. FINALLY $169.00 dollars later it is working fine.

The first tech that came out only found ways not to do my instal. This tech was rude and short and I asked him to leave. The next person was a contractor from Geek squad who was very helpful and went above our expectations.

Installation went just fine and all works well, thank you.

The agent installed the ring doorbell. He could not get our current digital chime to work with the ring. He said it appeared there was not enough voltage to run both in the ring mode. Currently have an 18 volt transformer installed. I will install a 24 volt transformer to see if that helps. Unfortunately after the installer left the ring totally stopped working. I will attempted to reconnect it to the WIFi network. If not I will have to call geek squad back to finish the job. If the higher powered transformer does not fix the chime, I will return the ring doorbell.

The technician that put up my ring camera on 8-1 was not experience at all. My husband basically did the work for him. Did not have his proper tools. My ring camera was reinstall on 8/30 a different technician was professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

ring is perfect for security purposes. can see who is at the door when not at home.
