Geek Squad Ring Pro Doorbell

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They came in a timely manner to install my ring pro doorbell and even connected it to my WiFi. He just didn’t put the security screw in and another screw that was suppose to go at the bottom of the angle mount, other than that everything went smoothly.

very bad customer service

Purchased another door bell from Best Buy and had the same issues trying to connect to internet. The homeowners have a yearly account with Best Buy and I paid 149.95 to have technician tell me I have a defective door bell. Not happy with the service. As of 11-8 I have been trying to set up an appointment with the Geek Squad and get now where on website. Guess I will have to go back in store to make appointment as I did the first time. Customer service on line is terrible each call last a hour or more and you get nowhere no results, no help at all.

Install of blink door agent did a very good job.
