The service was great and very communicative, unfortunately the install could not be complete because my house is older. The installation guys informed us that we had a 15 amp connection to the doorbell when it turns out that we needed a 30 amp connection upgrade to safely install the Eufy doorbell, which is usually not as much of a problem in newer homes as 30 amps is the standard for newer homes. So inorder to completely install the doorbell in a way that its fully operational, we need an electrician to service the connection that delivers the correct amount of electricity to the doorbell for it to safely operate. The installation guys were helpful, but unfortunately the service we needed was outside of the scope we ordered. Unfortunately there was no way to check before paying $100 for an install without having a professional look into the requirements prior to making the purchase. I was looking to replace a Ring doorbell which it turns out could have been a fire hazard with the older wiring here. We were told to give Geek Squad a call after we get a professional electrician, we anticipate it will be a lot more than $100 for the upgrade needed to install the doorbell I purchased. I never got a refund for the service call, as the service was never complete. Once again, the service guys were helpful and knowledgeable but the service I needed was outside of the scope of the service requested, but with no refund as the result.

It took 3 trips to have it working correctly. After the first trip the transfomer was burnt. Then was told by customer service they would send someone out that would get it workiing. He told me I had to get an electrrician. He found loose wires on the back of the ring. They had it working but I had the third guy out to explain the workings. FINALLY $169.00 dollars later it is working fine.
