The Geek Squad was a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling the Video Doorbell Installation was easy. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the installers. They were prepared and quickly completed the installation. They explained what they had done and gave me tips on how to make the best use of the product. I was very pleased.

The Geek Squad was professional, prompt for the appointment and very resourceful . I didn't feel rushed, like some installers. It was well worth the fee.

I appreciated the installer's expertise and friendly customer service; however, I would have never paid for installation if I was aware that I couldn't have the video doorbell hardwired in the location of the current doorbell. The installer told me there wasn't enough room to install and I could only use it as battery-powered in a different location. I did not purchase the item for that purpose.

As long as the installation was included in the premium plan, it was well worth it. The agent was helpful, and the product was excellent as well. But once it reverts to "the old" which costs the usual for installation, I cannot say it is worth it.

My ring was installed fast and on time. Technician was well informed and explained our options.

So...I put there stars only because it was bad service the first time but good the second. The first geek squad peron though very nice installed our doorbell so loose it was not even attached. And was easy to move and wiggle around. When I reached out to her she said she would get it on her schedule and come back out...I waited a flipping week and nothing so I called tech and they scheduled someone else who came out and did an amazing job. So that's why 3 stars. The first time 1 star and the second time 5 stars. So let's average it to three. It's asking me if I would recommend geek squad and overall yes? This has been the only bad experience I have had over all.

Geek squad did all the wiring and made sure it was mounted correctly. They did a short tutorial for me and answered my questions. Money well spent because there was no way I could’ve installed it myself. They also took the time to follow-up a few days later to make sure there were no issues.

Great product. Even better service tech. Bryan form Best Buy Corpus Christi helped install two Ring doorbells at my parents house and they were very appreciative of his time, patience and expertise setting them up.

The Geek Squad is wonderful. They are always prompt, professional, knowledgeable. And they are polite enough to not laugh at non-technical people asking simplistic questions. They take the time to explain things so thoroughly that most of us can finally understand how to work things.

I am so happy with this doorbell. The camera takes perfect pictures even in the dark. It has options of what zones you want to watch that are adjustable to fit your needs, along with settings to add more zones. It’s easy to set up and can do everything on your app. You can also share any footage you want. So many options including a live view if you’re not home. I wish I would have bought it sooner!

The job was not completed. The Geek representative stated the job required more than what she was prepared to do. She completed a software isuue and departed.

The Best Buy rep was prompt and the installation went well. The only issue was with my hardwired doorbell. My doorbell transformer only had 12 volts AC and the rep said that 16 volts was required for the Ring. When the rep had completed the installation, my Ring Video Doorbell was functioning, but only with the ding-dong sound from the Ring app on my phone. I then opted to call an electrician to upgrade my doorbell transformer to the required 16 volts AC.

Service was excellent, the Agent arrived on time and did an excellent job. Prior to installing the Eufy doorbell he explained everything, he was about to do, very professional. After the install he made sure everything was operating correctly and answered any questions we had. He also set up the eufy app on our phones and tablets.

The Agent Mr. Jerome Lee from CRST Home Solutions was excellent. He did an amazing job. The Doorbell Camera was installed properly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend this technician to install these Doorbell Cameras.

I just wanna say that installer was very conscientious about what we wanted and he explained this to us in detail and he did a very good job. I can’t remember his name but I hope it’s on my report. Let him know he did a great job.

It was so quick& professional the young man was so respectful & pleasant. He answered all my questions & made sure everything was back in place & cleaned up very well when he left. If i need anything else done i would love for this same guy to be the one they send out. Excellent job!!!

Corey Morris was excellent! He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I am requesting he return for the installation after I receive a replacement for the defective Ring Doorbell. Every Geek Squad Tech, has been awesome, but Corey ended up having to endure a very tedious, torturous and very time consuming visit!

The guy who installed the Ring doorbells were very knowledgable, kind, and courteous. He explained everything in a manner which I could understand and was very patient with me.

Matt and his partner did a great job of installing the ring doorbell and chimes. They also helped to set up the chain of Echo Dots that I have so that information I wanted would be related to each of the Dots. Quick, efficient and the job looksed great by the time they’re finished.

For some reason the ring doorbell wasn’t delivered to my home prior to installation, when the agents arrived I told them n they volunteered to go to Best Buy n pick up the doorbell, I’ve had lots of things installed but that to me is customer service totally recommend those two guys went out of there way for me .
