Doorbell was not charged so tech could not connect to my wifi. I had to charge it 4 or 6 hours. Had to schedule another appt for a week later. Finally got it charged. it would not connect at first, perhaps my phone. I finally got it connected

it would have cost more to install it than it cost for the product. that wasn't the device's fault. it was the fault of our unique entry way and inaccesibility of wiring. So, I'm essentially neutral on the item.

I was satisfied with the service until I looked into the box. All the items were not connected. I have another ring device to be connected. I pray they connect all the parts. I know better this time.

Couldn't be installed. Wrong doorbell was ordered by the Sales Advisor who failed to measure the installation area. Complete waste of time. Nice installers.

I could not have done it myself. It was professionally done!

Malachi claimed the new nest doorbell i wanted couldn't be installed, cause transformer didnt provide enough power. I asked why the 1st gen nest doorbell works than as there is enough power for that, and she said it takes less power. Not true at all. Well come to find out both versions require 16-24 VAC....i have my electrician coming out on saturday to check transformer and help setup doorbell. U really faioed on this one best buy, and i hatw to critcoze, but Malachi seemed lost from the start, and nkr that interested in doing job....if my electrician cant get this working ip be returning, since the geek squad policy is active since it has been delivered to me....U were really terribke with thia best buy....and the person u sent should be more helpful when somethijg doewnt work about what to do to fix issue...Lastly, when putting old doorbell back she almost left with svrewing up.nest app, and creating new home and when i looked i had.no jdea what she did...i had to make sure she deleted the new home she created and have doorbell properly out back into the correct home....she was juat gonna bail and lewve things screwed up....not cool
