Ring camera / doorbell n

I was told to go to the store for more information, which did not make sense. I called for a Ring door camera that disabled the door bell. Obviously I am not satisfied with Best Buy's Geek squad service. The issue is still ongoing. .

very bad customer service

Purchased another door bell from Best Buy and had the same issues trying to connect to internet. The homeowners have a yearly account with Best Buy and I paid 149.95 to have technician tell me I have a defective door bell. Not happy with the service. As of 11-8 I have been trying to set up an appointment with the Geek Squad and get now where on website. Guess I will have to go back in store to make appointment as I did the first time. Customer service on line is terrible each call last a hour or more and you get nowhere no results, no help at all.

Wrong doorbell, no installation.
