Getting our Ring to work.

When its working correctly its great. There was a small problem arranging the install but it finally worked out ok.

Poor customer service from Geek Squad

But the next morning our internet was down. Our provider came out and got it up again, but said the eero was onterfering and we needed to have the agent come back out. I made an appt, but the agent didnt show. He said he thought it was a mistake since he slready installed the system. He said he would come the next week, but did not show up again. I tried to call our local store, but kept getting the call center who were useless. I finally went to the store and found out we have an appt for another agent to come out at tbe end of the month! Very poor service! Will not renew my service subscription!
