For the installation of my Ring doorbell camera the Geek Squad members showed up on time for the service appointment and they were courteous and very professional . They also showed me what to do to charge the battery. After they finished the installation and setup I was very pleased with how everything turned out.

They came and installed the ring bell no problem. Very professional

Avidan connected and set up oyr Ring Pro2 Doorbell camera AND all tge required chimes etc.not onlyvdid he and hi partner Jose, do the initial set up, Avidan did everything possible to insure thatvwe were completely pleased with the work thet did by cslling us and checking after thecinsta was completed

Once he arrived, he was very professional and efficient. Showed me how it works and got me all set up. Awesome job. The only issue is the store scheduled install the day after we made the purchase and the technician didn't come until a couple of days later after a call to best buy.

I am very satisfied with my Geek Squad service I received during the installation of my Ring doorbell. The service guy answered all my questions and was very patient with me in showing me how to view footage from my camera. He also suggested the best place to put the doorbell to capture the best angle for my lawn. I am very pleased with my installation.

Very professional and pleasant, and through, making sure to listen to our concerns, and checking out the difference between old camera and new one. It was determined we would not be getting any better of a picture and returned the Camera.

Installed on time with a polite installer. While it worked as it was supposed to, there was a problem that required a follow up that apparently was a known possible problem.

Alvaro Ortega was an excellent Installer, Knowledgeable, Courteous, great advise and guidance. Sarah Lopez the third party install organizer was extremely helpful, she helped us thru many hurdles we faced with scheduling and delivery of our items!

Ryan and Max were great. They wore masks to keep us all safe, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use Geek Squad's installation services again. (The scheduling of the install is another story. Long story, but make sure you get a confirmation of the install appointment, and keep checking it since they can drop of the schedule!.)

The agent that came to our home was knowledgeable and professional. He helped us set up the Ring app, as well as the site on the computer. He answered every question patiently with clear answers. Our Ring works well and is now easy to access. I recommended the Ring and Geek service, and she also purchased one.

The geek squad was very thorough and provided details every step of the Ring installation.

Techs did a great job, very professional. Removed old non working bell and installed new one. Did install the app in phone and gave a demonstration. Explained about all subscription plan available for this door bell

Kevin was the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgable, taking me through the process as he worked. He was prompt, friendly, and made sure I understood everything before he left. He even talked me through how to reschedule my other appoimtment. What a great way to welcome someone to the area! Thanks Kevin!

George the technician who installed my doorbell was very informative about the features of the product, the service provided by Ring and his familiarity with the technology. He made operation of the doorbell simple to understand.

Professional work and they taught me how to use the app properly!

Great customer serv. !! The tech came on some difficulty but; he was doing everything according to instructions ( he new before hand how to install). But, the darn thing wouldn't work and instead of giving up or blame the product he persisted till he realized the problem was my new wi fi password. That was my bad not the technicians. I highly recommend to get serv fro. Geek Squad.

The installer arrived on time and did a great job. He explained what he did so if anything popped up in the future I'd know what to do. Got the app set up for my wife and I, showed us to set up motion detector ranges and other tools. Its a great addition to the house.

Geeksquad did a quick and great job getting my Ring doorbell installed quick and easy. I have brick exterior walls, so didn't want to drill in them myself, and Geeksquad was able to install and setup my doorbell quickly and easily.

Although I did not get the install by your geeks, they gave good advice. I would have given it a 5 star but when they came to install they said I needed to change out the door transformer for it to work properly. This should be told to customers before purchasing. Other than that, they were great and the person I got to chandge out the transformer put up the ring.
