    The agent called that he was going to come over to install my doorbell camera but he never did and when i text him he would not respond so I had to hire someone to come and install it for me. I will never use this service again.

    the young man did not do the job I ask him why it was not working he said I need a chim and then it would work , I got 2 STILL DID NOT WORK then went to the store 12/16 complain, they said someone would contact me I called best buy talk to 2 people put on hold , was dis connected I waited to 1/8/2019 went to a different company IT NOW WORKS

    The doorbell has not been properly installed yet.

    Tech tried to install doorbell and finally decided it was a bad unit. Told us we had to go pick up a new unit and call for a reinstall. Having done that we were told it took longer than 48 hrs and we would have to reopen the install process. To date the unit is in a box on my desk waiting for me to decide what I want to do with it. I’ve already paid for the install and very disappointed with the process thus far.

    Did not install the ring door .

    Very disappointing. One setting up the appointment I let the guy know that we do not have a ring door at all and they said that they could install it just for the installment guy to come and say he can’t do it . He didn’t even try he just said I can’t do it.

    Very Unhappy with Geek Squad

    Geek Squad stated that he had not seen my setup and gave up with without even trying to ask questions or seek alternative solutions. Later I paid a tech (much money) to install it without him having any problems. He read the instructions and installed it!

    Came two times and didn't install. First never told us we had to have it hooked up to internet. Gave up and took back to Best Buy. Bought one that only had a loud ring that we could hear from Amozon. This solved our problem after I installed myself.

    Geek squad did not impress me. I purchased the doorbell camera/installation on 7/5/17. Two unsuccessful tries at installing it and 2 no show appointments. I've been at the store complaining so much that I am embarrassed to show my face. Lawd, lawd, lawd!!!

    Geek squad unable to install my doorbell

    Worked to install this doorbell for 3 1/2 hours and the end result, could not make it happen, wanted to put in several other things to make it happen plus said my wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough. Afterwards I went and checked with my Wi-Fi provider and they said I had everything that was needed for that doorbell to work. I did return it and I will now go with a different brand.

    Geek squad passed my service to a 3rd party

    It took a 3rd party 2 months to finally install my system and it still in not completely right. Very disappointed

    Ring Doorbell

    The doorbell does not hold a connection and unfortunately I was not able to have the device connected to my existing doorbell chimes so I’ve had to purchase another device in order to hear the chimes in my home. It’s looking like I will have to return the device unless I can have geek squad get it working.

    Geek squad never came to install it. Didn’t even call after missed appointment to let me know why. I had to talk to 3 separate representatives to try and figure out why an installer was never booked when I had the appointment set for over 2 weeks

    Poor customer service from the Installer Geek Squad to the customer service via the phone with total tech. Installer failed to show up to 2 consecutive appointments. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service.

    The Geek Squad member rushed his job and did not seem to care about the quality of the work. The camera angle was titled on my Ring Camera horribly. It was obvious he was just trying to move on to the next customer

    This service was never completed though it was closed out. Called to get it refunded but it never went anywhere. Had my home warranty fix the transformer downstairs because Geek Squad refused to touch the electrical work, then to have Best Buy install doorbell but found they completed the order.

    Geek Squad tech broke wire to our old doorbell,

    This doorbell has NOT been installed. The tech broke one of the two wires in the door frame and we are waiting on Best Buy's third party electrician to come to fix wire and finish doorbell installation. So far, not a happy customer.

    The guy has no experience. He was very much confused as to what to do. Had to return to Best Buy store to complain. They give me a different camera and now have to wait a whole month for installation. They supposed to put me as urgent. So up set. Will never renew membership.
