    Did a home check but still couldn't install.

    The same tech came to my home for a site survey and said that the Ring would work. We set up another appointment and he came to install the Ring and my new Router. After and hour, he said that he could not install the Ring. We hired someone out of Kearney and he had the Ring installed in less than an 30 minutes.

If we weren’t able to finish the service, we should be able to refund the purchase under our Return & Exchange Promise.     Geek squad never came on day of appointment and made us wait for 7 hours and we had to call them to find out why. they said product had not come into store and their system can not handle a situation like this to cancel the appointment.

    I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of service of this company. I repeatedly told them it was a WIRED device yet the wrong technician showed up to install a WIRELESS device. I even gave the SKU number twice. Now they want to charge more money. Disgusting lack of service.

    Installer was not focused on his work as he should have been due to having children in his car and he needed to check on them frequently. Doorbell sound is choppy and not working.

    This product seems very slow and the installer wasn’t able to install the patio Ring I purchased. I had to return the back patio product and get the other shipped to me due to not available in the store for purchase and also had to have a family memeber install for me.

    Agent assigned to install wired Ring door bell.

    The agent was assigned to install wired Ring doorbell. Did not have a Geek Squad car and when asked did not have ID card to show me upon arrival Was harsh and rude. I wish another rep was sent to my home instead.

    Fail! Installers were scheduled but didn’t show up. Best Buy refused to refund the installation fee because they use a 3rd party installer. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there through the years, but never another penny,

    You guys keep sending third parties it’s not even geek squad they don’t know what they doing at the end I had to hire somebody else to do the installation second time they send the wrong people I clearly said geek squad but not keep sending third parties.

    The agent failed to install the Ring Power Pro kit and when I asked him why he told me it wasn’t needed. 3 days later my ring doorbell pro stopped working. I contacted Ring who trouble shot it, told me the adapter should have been installed. They sent me a new ring pro door and I paid an electrician to install it.

    We bought the nest doorbell wired, but we didn't have a chime and the tech didn't even know the product nor did he know that it can be used without the chime . Had to hire someone else to install it and he made it work within minutes .

    Geek squad was in a big rush, after installing the nest doorbell they said that it doesn't work because I needed to upgrade my door bell transformer and that I will need to get an electrician to upgrade the transformer and then they left in a hurry. Therefore I had to get HELLOTECH, which was able to completely finish installing the nest doorbell.

    Had so many disappointing install with BB that I specifically asked the installer when he called ahead of the appointment if he'd specifically installed the Ring Pro before. He assured me he'd installed 1000s. Needless to say it was pretty clear from the moment he arrived he had no idea what to do.

    Geek salesman was the problem, I left many texts and voicemails for him, Nathan Mizzi to get in touch, he promised to hook me up with an in-home geek to help me with my devices. Never responded to any attempt to communicate.
