Problematic

Won’t install it beyond putting screws in a wall

Long delay in installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech who came to install the ring doorbell accidentally cut/broke my original doorbell wiring, which would be ok as long as it was fixed ... but they took 2 weeks to come back, and I find that was entirely too long to be inconvenienced.

Charged even though service not completed

I've been trying to get this credited for over a month now, and keep getting transferred, told a manager will call back, and NOTHING. Who can assist with this credit of $49.95.

Nor can I make an appointment because no one is allowed to come out and into my house.

Disappointed in installation experience

Geek squander can’t install a ring

Terrible experience

They reschedule multiple times, put my lock on crooked, didn't show me how to use the device and was rude. Never again will I use them.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

Please do not defend them for failure on my part. If they knew what they were into they could have made some suggestions or resolved the problem on my home modem/router system. They just left.
