I bought this a second time. This one works. The first one I bought through Amazon stopped working after a short time. I sent it back and was told I would receive my money back but as of this review I have not received a refund. I am not happy about this at all!!! The Geek Squad identified the problem was a defective product and installed my purchase from Best Buy, finally installation results.

Ordered installation for Ring. I received a phone call to confirm the very next day. Service engineer was prompt and completed the work earlier thsn expected. Installation was smooth and well done. He provided an extension wire/adapter for our electric set-up. This is something I wouldn't have been prepared for. Service was well worth the money and more. I fully recommend Geek Squad for light electric hardware installations.

The best purchase I’ve made is Total Tech support. The Geek Squad pros are chosen for whatever project I’ve got from installing a TV or Nest Hello video doorbell, putting furniture together or helping with getting my CDs transferred to my iPhone/Computer and so that they play from my TV. So professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile. Never rolling their eyes when I ask questions.

Installation went smoothly. Arrived on time. Servicer explained how to use the doorbell and access the app to make changes to the settings and subscription. I highly recommend having geek squad do the installation versus trying to do it yourself. The installation was quick and seamless.

The agent installed our Arlo video doorbell. It worked but it failed after a week. Have been on call with Arlo, have followed all directions. The device is unable to discover the doorbell. We have a case # 43463998. This is not due to the agent. He was great.

The technician came and worked on the doorbell for a couple hours before he gave up. He never got the doorbell working.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the ring doorbell pro. It is a bit slender than my previous doorbell so they installed an adapter with it. Also make sure you buy some putty from a hardware store in case there are gaps that need to be filled. Very Happy with the installation. If you do a lot of installs or are modifying your home to be a smart home, get the total tech subscription. Great discounts on installs and good customer service.

The installer went way over and above the call of duty, especially in this generation of "no can do "attitudes.vi recommend the squad whole heartedly. I need more installed and willvtrust them again
