Ring doorbell pro
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad was unble to set up my Camera and have it working, instead he sold me another camera spend half the morning at my house then told me because of my Hurricane door camera wont-work I need to get ring service men to get it working. I want a refund of $99.99 back.

Don’t recommend for home alarm install.

So much for paying for a "professional" install

Installer claimed he hadn't installed a Nest doorbell before and searched how to do it on Google. Why did I pay for this service? Ridiculous.

Untrained Installer

Ring Doorbell Pro
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible installation by the GeekSquad. After one week the camera stopped working. While installing the device, the tech damaged one of the wires from the doorbell as well. He claimed he had a workaround but obviously it did not work.

Can not see anything?

Does it work sometimes. Is it set up correctly? I can’t find a manual on the device.to determine if the installation were correct. So far it stinks!

A little Disappointed

Took A LONG time to call in on the phone to schedule the repair and took A LONG time to correct the issue. Not really happy with this install.

Terrible a Customer Service

He even said on the phone, “This Service call should not have been placed.” Yet, I paid extra money for the extended coverage. I hate I purchased this product and the extended coverage.
